We want you and your little one to love every swim. This policy explains how returns, refunds and our 2-year warranty work for orders shipped within the United States.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean, and returned with all parts and the original packaging.

How to start a return

Email support@mambobaby-usa.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service. If your item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping or send a replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we email you and refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted for it.

Exchanges

To change size or design, return the original item and place a new order, or email us and we will help you arrange it.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping.

2-year warranty

Our floats and swim trainers are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects (for example faulty buckles, straps, seams or stitching) from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from sharp objects, chemicals or heat. To make a claim, email us with your order number and photos of the issue; we will repair, replace or refund the item. This warranty is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law.

Swimwear

Swimwear can be returned within 30 days if unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
