2. Orders
An order is accepted when we email your order confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping within the US is free. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order through our secure checkout.
4. Delivery
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 7–10 business days. Full details are in our shipping policy.
5. Returns and warranty
You can return items within 30 days of delivery, and our products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Full details are in our refund policy.

Our floats and swim trainers are swimming aids, not life-saving devices. Always follow the age and weight guidance and the instructions supplied, and keep your child within arm's reach at all times in or near water.

The text, photos and design of this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
