Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend.

Processing and delivery times

• Order processing: 1–2 business days.
• Delivery: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak periods or severe weather.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show the first scan.

Taxes

Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

Wrong address or lost parcels

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we will update it if the order has not shipped. If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and resend or refund if it is lost.
